Manage Google Ads shared callout extensions
Google Ads accounts only
Create and manage account-level shared callout extensions for any synchronized Google Ads account from the Extensions > Callout library.
Create a Google Ads shared callout

In the main menu, click Search > Campaigns > Campaigns. In the submenus, click Live > Extensions > Callout.

In the toolbar above the data table, click .

Select the ad network and the account name, and then click Continue.

Enter the shared callout settings.

Click Post.
Once you create a sitelink, you can assign it to an account, campaign, or ad group.
Edit Google Ads shared callout settings
You can edit one shared callout at a time.

In the main menu, click Search > Campaigns > Campaigns. In the submenus, click Live > Extensions > Callout.

Select the check box next to the callout to edit.

In the toolbar above the data table, click .

Edit the shared callout settings.

Click Post.
Delete Google Ads shared callouts

In the main menu, click Search > Campaigns > Campaigns. In the submenus, click Live > Extensions > Callout.

Select the check box next to each shared callout you want to delete.
For tips on selecting multiple rows, see “Select multiple rows.”

In the toolbar, click and select Delete.

In the confirmation message, click Delete.

Callout Text: The text to appear. It can include up to 25 characters or 12 double-byte characters. It can’t include exclamation marks or punctuation at the beginning of the text.
Start Date: (Optional) The first date on which the callout may be displayed with ads. The default for new callouts is the current day. To specify a future start date, enter a date in the format MM/DD/YYYY or M/D/YYYY, or click and select a date.
End Date: (Optional) The last date on which the callout may be displayed with ads. By default, the callout may be displayed indefinitely. To specify an end date, enter a date in the format MM/DD/YYYY or M/D/YYYY, or click and select a date.
Mobile Preference: (Optional) Allows Google Ads to try to display the ad to mobile device users rather than desktop or tablet users. Otherwise (when “off”), Google Ads displays the ad on any device type.
