Pause a custom alert template

In the main menu, click Search > Insights & Reports > Custom Alerts, which opens to the Alert Templates view.

Do either of the following:

• (To pause a single template) In the template row, click inside the Status column and select Paused.

• (To pause one or more templates) Select the check box next to each alert template that you want to pause. In the toolbar, click In the dialog box, click Pause.
