Use delivery templates work-with-delivery-templates

For an accelerated and improved design process, you can create delivery templates to easily reuse custom content and settings across your campaigns. This functionality enables you to standardize the creative look and feel, in order to be quicker in executing and launching campaigns.

A template can include:

  • The folder and execution folder of the template. The folder is the location where the delivery template is saved. The execution folder is the folder where deliveries created based on this template are saved.
  • Typologies,
  • The sender address,
  • An audience, including control groups,
  • Custom content,
  • Personalized fields and conditional content,
  • Links to mirror page and unsubscription links,
  • Other delivery properties, such as resource validity, retry parameters, or quarantine settings.
NOTE
Delivery templates are different from content templates, which allow you reuse only the content of your emails and to start building content with one of the sample email templates provided out-of-the-box.
